Reseda Theater Senior Housing.
13 units are set-aside as Permanent Supportive Housing and were filled through the Coordinated Entry System.
The remaining units were filled through a random lottery process. The application period for the random lottery process officially ended on Monday, October 18, 2021. All applications post marked on or before Monday, October 25, 2021 were accepted.
In January 2022, all applicants received a letter via USPS with the status of their application. A list of applicant winners were also posted on-site from January 7 – January 21, 2022.

Extensive indoor recreational amenities will be provided at the property including a computer room, laundry facilities, and an on-site management office. Not all units will be guaranteed on-site parking.
